Casa Bohème is a luxury summer house 500 meters from the sea, located in Santa Susanna, a small coastal town north of Barcelona.
Domingo Exposito Garrido, a property developer with more than 40 years of experience in Utrecht, Barcelona and Lanzarote, has unveiled his latest masterpiece - Casa Boheme. This special project was created in collaboration with architect Andres Alcolea Garrido, the founder of Alcolea Architects in 1976.

Large sliding windows, balconies and terraces enclose the house, while the spacious garden offers several entrances and exits. The layout
Our summer house in Spain is a true piece of paradise, located on a plot of 320 square meters, of which 180 square meters is built on. This beautiful house extends over three floors and has a spacious basement of 120 square meters, ideal for safe and cool parking of several cars.
The ground floor
On the ground floor we have our office and the garden with its terraces.
The first floor
The first floor covers a total of 72 square meters. All bedrooms and the bathroom have their own balcony. The first bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with mirrors, a double bed and its own balcony, followed by a hallway and an open staircase to the second floor of 5.4 square meters. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and also has a private balcony. The living room with open kitchen has a balcony that overlooks the garden and terraces. In the morning you can sit here in a nice cool place.
The second floor
The second floor houses the master suite with a double bed and 2 single beds with a compact sauna. This suite has a luxurious bathroom of 5 square meters with a large bathtub. In addition, the second floor offers breathtaking views with a 19 square meter terrace at the front with sea views and a 14 square meter terrace at the rear with mountain views.
Other provisions
All bathrooms in the house are finished in high-quality marble, and each floor has a cool, relaxing atmosphere thanks to air conditioning. Both on the second floor and on the ground floor you will find terraces that offer panoramic views. Laundry rooms are available on the ground and second floors.
