Casa Bohème is a luxury summer house 500 meters from the sea, located in Santa Susanna, a small coastal town north of Barcelona.
Domingo Exposito Garrido, a property developer with more than 40 years of experience in Utrecht, Barcelona and Lanzarote, has unveiled his latest masterpiece - Casa Boheme. This special project was created in collaboration with architect Andres Alcolea Garrido, the founder of Alcolea Architects in 1976.

About the house
The essence of the house is formed by an enchanting interplay between light and materiality. These forces blend harmoniously and permeate the entire home, which has 6 balconies, 3 terraces and an extensive garden.
One of the main features of this house is its careful design, which elegantly embraces the natural environment while maintaining the privacy of its residents. Large sliding windows, balconies and terraces enclose the house, while the spacious garden offers several entrances and exits. This creates a feeling of freedom that is experienced 360 degrees around the house. This allows indoors and outdoors to flow seamlessly together, while you enjoy sweeping Mediterranean views and a unique ambiance. Casa Boheme is no ordinary holiday home; it is a place that always leaves you wanting more. This masterpiece was created with love for life, especially for those looking for a luxurious and enchanting seaside retreat.
The layout
Our summer house in Spain is a true piece of paradise, located on a plot of 320 square meters, of which 180 square meters is built on. This beautiful house extends over three floors and has a spacious basement of 120 square meters, ideal for safe and cool parking of several cars.
The ground floor
On the ground floor of the house there is a lush garden and terraces with a total area of 72 square meters, surrounded by fruit trees and palm trees, giving a real Mediterranean feeling. Here you will also find a quiet relaxation area next to the pool, a 45 square meter lobby with an open kitchen and all the necessities for the barbecue, as well as a bathroom for rinsing before and after swimming. The whole is framed by a spacious terrace.
A large hall at the main entrance leads to the open marble staircase, which provides access to all floors including the basement.
The first floor
The first floor covers a total of 72 square meters. All bedrooms and the bathroom have their own balcony. The first bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with mirrors, a double bed and its own balcony, followed by a hallway and an open staircase to the second floor of 5.4 square meters. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and also has a private balcony. The living room with open kitchen has a balcony that overlooks the garden and terraces. In the morning you can sit here in a nice cool place.
The second floor
The second floor houses the master suite with a double bed and 2 single beds with a compact sauna. This suite has a luxurious bathroom of 5 square meters with a large bathtub. In addition, the second floor offers breathtaking views with a 19 square meter terrace at the front with sea views and a 14 square meter terrace at the rear with mountain views.
Other provisions
All bathrooms in the house are finished in high-quality marble, and each floor has a cool, relaxing atmosphere thanks to air conditioning. Both on the second floor and on the ground floor you will find terraces that offer panoramic views. Laundry rooms are available on the ground and second floors.

The villa consists of a studio and an apartment. The apartment can be rented separately outside the high season. (High season is Juli & August.) For any specific requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.
