Payment details
Please make the first half of the payment when you make your reservation, so we can confirm your booking. Also ensure that the remaining payment is received in our bank account at least 2 days before your check-in date. In case of cancellation you only owe 50% of the reservation.

The prices
Cleaning fee: €120
Deposit (For broken inventory or for excess air conditioning costs): €200
Electricity costs: 5% of the rent amount
